How to enter the Choir area
Our members-only area for choir singers: sheet music and polls for rehearsals and concerts.
Tap 🔒 Choir area at the top (on a phone: the padlock icon).
You will receive them personally from the Association. Please don’t share them with anyone.
Choose email or an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator). With email, the code is sent to you at every login; with the app, scan the QR code once and then enter the 6 digits shown in the app. You can change the method later under “My profile”.
Tap “Choose picture”, take a photo or pick one from your gallery, then “Save picture”.
Select the voice part you sing: Soprano 1/2, Alto 1/2, Tenor 1/2 or Bass 1/2, then tap “Save”.
Each time you log in, a 6-digit code arrives by email. Enter it – and you’re in ✅
Tap PDF to open or ↓ to download. 📁 Folders above the list contain the sheet music for a specific event – tap a folder to open it. You can search by title in the search field. The choirmaster and the choir administrator add music to a folder with “✏️ Add or remove sheet music”.

📲 The Choir area as an app on your phone
Add the Choir area to your Home Screen – it then opens like an app with the “Rudzi” icon, and you can receive notifications.
🍏 iPhone / iPad (Safari)
💡 If you don’t see “Share” at the bottom of Safari, first tap ••• or the address bar.
🤖 Android (Chrome)
🔔 Notifications: open the app from the icon → “👤 My profile” → “🔔 Turn on notifications” → allow. On iPhone, notifications only work in the app opened from the Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later).
